Schneiderman today announced the sentencing of Tracie Clark, 44, of Wimauma, Florida, for her role in a million-dollar residential mortgage fraud ring that operated in the Syracuse area. Clark pleaded guilty last year to Residential Mortgage Fraud in the Second Degree, a Class C felony, for preparing false documents used to obtain residential mortgage loans. Clark was sentenced today to 6 months in jail and five years of probation before the Honorable Anthony F. Aloi in Onondaga County Court.
