Bredar sentenced real estate consultant Alexander Sivels, II, age 32, of Baltimore, and real estate agent Christopher A. Kwegan, age 59, of Randallstown, Maryland, each to 27 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for related mortgage fraud schemes. Judge Bredar also ordered Sivels to pay restitution of $1,317,314.35, and ordered Kwegan to pay restitution of $530,641.27. Kwegan was sentenced today and Sivels was sentenced yesterday.
